- Bromley Industrial Partners, the industrial investment platform of Tampa-based Bromley Companies, announced the acquisition of a two-building, 200,000-square-foot industrial complex located at 14450 and 14480 62nd Street North in Clearwater, FL. The seller was Blue Steel Development. The property traded for $23.5 million, with financing provided by BankUnited.
- Fausto Commercial closed on a Mobil-branded truck stop located at 12200 NW South River Drive in Medley, Florida for $23.5 million. The transaction was led by Bobby Berrido, of Fausto Commercial, who specializes in gas stations, convenience stores and related automotive retail properties throughout Florida. The buyer, LV Petroleum, is a Las Vegas-based operator and acquired the approximately five-acre site from seller Rick Gonzalez.
- SRS Real Estate Partners completed the $6.55 million ground lease (land ownership) portfolio sale of two newly developed single-tenant retail properties, including Dutch Bros and Fifth Third Bank. The adjacent properties are located at 18640 FL-54 and 18710 FL-54 in Lutz, FL, respectively. SRS Capital Markets, Patrick Nutt and Vice President & Principal William Wamble represented the seller, an Atlanta-based development and investment group. The Tampa, FL-based buyer was in a 1031 exchange.
- Hoar Construction has named Matt Valentine as division manager of its Florida Division, based in Tampa. Valentine previously served as a project executive for the Birmingham-based general contractor since October 2021. In this new role, he will focus on expanding Hoar’s client base and project portfolio statewide in Florida.
